About Vijaya Ganapati Form
The Sritattvanidhi includes the descriptions of thirty-two forms of Ganapati that are mentioned frequently in devotional literature Mudgala purana, related to Ganesha.
Each of the thirty-two illustrations is accompanied by a short Sanskrit meditation verse (dhyānaśloka), written in Kannada script. The meditation verses list the attributes of each form. The text says that these meditation forms are from the Mudgala Purana.

About the temple
The temple was built on the Divine Order of MahaPeriyava ( Shri Chandrasekharendra Saraswathi Swamigal of Kanchi Kamakoti Mutt ) and was blessed by him in its milestones. Shri N. Gopalakrishna Bhagavathar (popularly known as NGK) is the founder of the temple. Nithya Ganapathy Homam is being performed from 1994, every day as per the Divine Instructions of Shri Sandhananda Swamigal. This is a rare chain of religious activity which has immeasurable strength and purity. The murthi’s divine grace and sanctity is evident from this.
Where is the temple located?
The temple is located in the suburb of Chennai, Ullagaram. Ullagaram is a tamil word refering to the Pranava (OM) of the Hindu Philosophy. Ull – Inside and Agaram – A (as in tamil). Pranava is considered to be a composite syllable containg a+e+u+m. ( aeunu as they say in sastras ). Thus, even a commentary on the town’s name is very subtle and is evidently metaphysical. May be we would have a separate section on this in future. So what is hidden in this place which the world has to know?
