The temple of Chandra Vinayak or Chabahill Ganesh is situated at around 200 m. north of Chabahil stupa, Kathmandu Nepal. This double tiered brass roofed temple located to the west from chabahil chowk houses a tiny image of Lord Ganesh
Chandra means moon. Chandra Vinayak Ganesh is ruler of Mind. This temple is one of the main 4 Ganesha temples of Nepal. Devotees flock in this century old temple specially during Tuesdays and other days when Lord Ganesh is worshiped.
